About The Author

An avid global traveler, Patrick is originally from Costa Rica and has lived in 6 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas; and has traveled to more than 80 countries on 6 continents. He received his B.A. from Anderson University and his M.A. from Yale University where he studied religion and Modern Chinese history. He is the author of 5 books that deal with the nexus between globalization and religion, has written articles on a wide-variety of subjects and is a popular speaker.

We want to help people process global news in a more nuanced manner–free from political agendas and poor sources. In a world full of conspiracy theories and media companies that think more about profit than educating people with truthful information; this podcast aims to help the listening to think more critically about the days current events.
